Abstract

This research was conducted in Kampung Mandiangin Minas District of Siup Regency. The purpose of this study is to know how the Evaluation of Regional Regulation Siak Regency Number 18 Year 2007 Tentan Village Owned Enterprises (Study Kampung Mandiangin). To know the evaluation of BUMKam there are five indicators that become the measure that is: identify program objectives, analysis of the problem, description and standardization of activities, measurement of the rate of change and determine whether the observed changes are from activities or because of other causes. This research is descriptive research which then become sample is penghulu (village head), village counselor, LPM, woman representation, BDP, and society/beneficiaries. Data collection techniques conducted by the author are interviews, questionnaires, observation, and documentation. From the recapitulation result of five indicators used we can draw conclusions for the assessment categorized "Good enough” that is equal to 47.40%"
