Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of Camat's duties in the Development of Village Head in district Ukui Pelalawan District and to know the factors that inhibit the duty of Camat in the implementation of the guidance of the Village Head in District Ukui Pelalawan District. The types of data collected include primary and secondary data. Primary data obtained from the responses of respondents, and secondary data in the form of general overview of research locations, organizational structure, tasks and functions. In this study the authors explain some of the indicators that will be used in research that is Input, Process, Output, and Outcome. Furthermore, this study continued on the measurement of the indicator variable. The variables in this study the authors divide into three categories of assessment, namely: Good, Good, and Less Good. Before concluding the results of this study the authors present the identity data of respondents. Presentation of identity data of respondents is intended as supporting information that support further discussion in this research. This respondent's identity data contains gender, education level, and age. Then continued ketahap discussion of each indicator by asking questionnaires to the respondents selected in this study. As a final conclusion, it can be concluded that the Evaluation of the Duties of the Subdistrict Head in the Development of the Village Head in District Ukui Pelalawan Regency is in the category of Good Enough.
