Abstract

The problem that is still faced by the Indonesian nation is poverty. Various government policies in tackling poverty in Indonesia are ultimately directed at increasing welfare and reducing the burden on the poor, one of which is through social protection for the poor. The social protection activities that have been carried out are the Hope Family Program (PKH). The Family Hope Program (PKH) is a program that provides conditional cash assistance to very poor households. The Family Hope Program (PKH) as an effort to reduce poverty and improve the quality of human resources through improving aspects of health and education, especially in the pelalawan district as many as 4,397 families, the largest in 12 sub-districts receiving PKH assistance. But in reality there are still problems, especially in the sub-base of the curricular area, which are seen as phenomena, including the presence of the Hope Family Program (PKH) participants who are not from poor families, and the distribution of funds that are not equal and not in accordance with the program provisions. Therefore, the authors are interested in conducting research under the title Analysis of the Implementation of the Hope Family Program (PKH) in Pangkalan Kuras District, Pelalawan Regency. The type of research I use is quantitative descriptive, where the author describes how the Implementation of the Hope Family Program (PKH) in Pangkalan Kuras District, Pelalawan Regency. then to collect the data of the author using questionnaires, interviews, and observation as a tool for research data collection. After processing data from the research sample, the social service staff, facilitators and the community can be concluded the Implementation of the Hope Family Program (PKH) in Pangkalan Kuras District, Pelalawan Regency in the Good Enough category but there are still inhibiting factors such as lack of information received by the community regarding The Family Hope Program (PKH), officers or the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) do not carry out regulations that have been made based on the PKH general guidebook on receiving assistance, and the community has not felt prosperous with this Family Hope Program (PKH) policy. But overall the implementation of the Hope Family Program (PKH) is in the Pretty Good category.
