Abstract

This study describes the program Desa Maju Inhil Jaya(DMIJ) Keritang village. DMIJ programs becomes an important development focus of Development of human government, institutional , infrastructure and participatory . The objective of this research is to find out the implementation of Desa Maju Inhil Jaya (DMIJ) program in Desa Keritang kecamatan Kemuning Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir by 2016. Implementation indicator used is standart program, performace achievement, benefit of program, progress assesment and reporting. The method used is qualitative descriptive and the data assessement by using descriptive methode. The data collecting by interview, observation and documentation. This research showed that DMIJ program in Desa Keritang Kecamatan Kemuning Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir 2016 has contributed the advantage for the people cause programs can give chance for participatory but lacked participatory of women group and lacked of monitoring facilitator Kabupaten. The village government Keritang must pay attention to environmental sustainability, utilizing and improving local human and natural resources, make a relations cooperations between village, and working with stakeholders, as well a accelerate progress on the implementation of programs that have not reached the program objectives
