Abstract

The purpose of this working paper is to know how the implementation of employee discipline at PT. BPR Mitra Rakyat Riau. In order to create work discipline and adherence to regulations set by the company. The method used in making this working paper is the correlational method. Correlational method is the act of determining the data by comparing the theory and discussion based on the analysis and observations made. It can be seen that PT. BPR Mitra Rakyat Riau the implementation of work discipline employees can be said to be less than the maximum. Because employees at PT. BPR Mitra Rakyat Riau iss less in established rules. Where there is a delay at the time of entering work hours for personal reasons. As well as in working hours, there are employees who use their working time to relax and chat with other employees. This causess some work that does not work well. Then, there are also some employees who come out on business for hours for reasons that are not related to work matters or personal reasons.
