Abstract

he purpose of this stufy was to determine the factors that influence the capital structure of property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2015. The population used in this study are property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) which have financial statements. The sample in this study were 29 property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2010-2015. Data analysis techniques used are using multiple regression models. Based on the results of the study it is known that partially all variabels have an influence on the capital structure of property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2010-2015. Simultaneous hypothesis testing result show that asset structure, company size, profitability, liquidity and risk have a significant influence on the capital structure of property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2010-2015.
