Abstract
This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of liquidity, solvency, and enterprise risk management on financial performance that is proxied by profitability in insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2012-2017. The population in this study were 11 insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. While the sample in this study were 6 insurance companies with an observation period of 6 years. In this case to determine the sample using the purposive sampling method. Testing the hypothesis in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of partial data analysis show that liquidity does not have a significant effect on profitability, solvency has a significant effect on profitability, and Enterprise Risk Management has no significant effect on profitability.
