Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the payroll and wages system of PT. Wijaya Karya Cipta Mandiri whether it is effective and efficient.. The data used in this study are data obtained from observation, interviews and literature studies. The results of the analysis and interpretation of the data indicate that the payroll and wages system for PT. Wijaya Karya Cipta Mandiri are good enough, however there are a still weaknesses namely the process of inputting data is still done manually so that it takes a long time to input data which causes payment of wages are uncertain every month ( between 5 to 10 ).
