Abstract

The replacement of the Public Accountant Office by Voluntary or outside the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia Number 17 / PMK.01 / 2008 raises questions about the factors that encourage this. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of audit delay, management change, financial condition and company growth on the turnover of public accounting firms (empirical studies on financial companies listed in the years 2011-2015). This study uses secondary data obtained from financial reports issued by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) through www.idx.co.id. The object of this research is a company engaged in finance which is listed on the Stock Exchange in 2011-2015 using a sample of 40 companies determined using purposive sampling. The analytical method of this study uses logistic regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the audit variable is delay, change of management, financial condition and growth of the company towards the turnover of a public accounting firm.
