Abstract

Plantation PT. Bangun Tenera Riau, Perhentian Raja District, Kampar Regency is a plantation that operates in the plantation business and management of plantation products, one of the activities resulting from its business is managing the palm oil industry. Based on the background description, the author can formulate the problem in this research as follows: 1. How is the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility of PT. Build Tenera Riau in Perhentian Raja District?, 2. What are the factors inhibiting the implementation of PT's Corporate Social Responsibility. Build Tenera Riau in Perhentian Raja District? The research carried out used empirical juridical research, namely the author researched directly in the field by conducting interviews with sources as primary data and secondary data in processing data from primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials, and also this research managed existing data. using qualitative analysis. The conclusion of this research is that CSR towards employees has not been fully felt by all employees who receive CSR programs from the company. In the future, it is hoped that the company will provide programs more affective and targeted, such as assistance with sosial activities, poverty alleviation, and employment opportunities for the surrounding community. Perhentian Raja District. For CSR policies from the government and companies towards the community and employees, implementation must be on target so that the community and employees have a prosperous and prosperous life and there is no emergence of jealousy or social inequality towards fellow employees or the community around the company.
