Abstract

This research aims to analyze the financial performance of the Natuna Regency Education and Culture Office using the Value for Money concept. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis techniques. The data collection technique used is documentation. The data obtained is presented in the form of a Budget Realization Report and a Government Agency Performance Accountability Report for the 2022 and 2023 fiscal years. The results of this research show that the performance of the Natuna Regency Education and Culture Office in 2022 has been economical, efficient and effective with an economic percentage of 85.67%. efficiency of 166.19%, and effectiveness of 101.04%, and in 2023 it will be declared economical, efficient and effective with an economic percentage of 77.02%, efficiency of 166.68% and effectiveness of 107.08%. Thus, in 2022 and 2023, the performance of the Natuna Regency Education and Culture Office will fulfill the principles of the value for money concept based on economic, efficiency and effectiveness measurements.
