Abstract

The breakthrough conveyed by the Minister of Education and Culture (Mendikbud) Nadiem Makarim regarding education in Indonesia is regarding the concept of "free learning" and "teacher driving". Lack of information related to the teacher mobilization program is a problem found at SDN 001 Empat Balai so that the program echoed by the Ministry of Education and Culture cannot be carried out optimally. The purpose of this community service is to socialize and assist teachers at SDN 001 Empat Balai Kuok sub-district so that they can become part of the driving force of teachers. The service method is carried out by direct observation and outreach to SDN 001 Empat Balai. The place where the dedication was carried out was SDN 001 Empat Balai, Kuok District, Kampar Regency with 16 participants from SDN 001 Empat Balai. The implementation of community service is carried out with the stages of field observation, outreach to teachers about the driving teacher program and mentoring to take part in the driving teacher program. Community service was carried out for 2 meetings. The results of the dedication showed that the teachers at SDN 001 were very enthusiastic about the activities being carried out. Teacher participation in activities is indicated by their active participation in giving questions and the high number of teacher attendance in the activities carried out. Then during the activity evaluation, the teachers also expressed their hopes that in the future this community service activity could be carried out on an ongoing basis with different topics.
