Abstract
This research aims to find out and analyze the quality of public services at the Pujud sub-district office, Rokan downstream district. The method used in this research is a mixed method research method, which involves quantitative and qualitative research methods. Data obtained through questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. The sampling technique was carried out using the Census and Purposive Sampling Techniques. The Census Sampling Technique includes the Head of Pujud Subdistrict, Secretary of the Head of Pujud Subdistrict, Head of Public Services Section. And purposive in this research are people who have already processed a moving certificate, so this technique is suitable for obtaining clear and concrete data. The results of this research show that public services at the Pujud sub-district office, Rokan Hilir Regency are of high quality, accepted and obtained a t-value of 10.101, so the decision H1 is accepted. This means that partially the quality of public services has a significant effect on community satisfaction at the Pujud Subdistrict Office, Rokan Hilir Regency. The findings of researchers in the field are that there are obstacles experienced by the Pujud Subdistrict Office, namely the lack of discipline of the staff to arrive on time so that it can slow down the process of services provided to the community and then there are obstacles from the community itself in processing an administration letter which does not know the requirements. requirements that are brought in can also slow down the service process that will be received by the community.
