Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the use of the UTAUT (Unified Theory Of Acceptance And Use Of Technology) Model in relation to Mobile Banking user behavior. In this study, researchers tested the extent of the influence of the UTAUT2 construct, namely performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, price value, and habit behavior on usage behavior with the behavioral intention construct as an intermediary. The analysis method used is path analysis. Data was collected through a questionnaire filled out by Mobile Banking users in Pekanbaru. The research results show that Performance Expectancy, Social Influence, and Habit Behavior do not have a positive and significant influence on Behavioral Intentions. Meanwhile, Effort Expectancy has a positive and significant effect on Behavioral Intentions, and Facilitating Condition, Hedonic Motivation, and Price Value have a positive and significant effect on Behavioral Intentions. Facilitating Conditions and Behavioral Intentions have a positive and significant influence on Usage Behavior, while Habit Behavior does not have a positive and significant influence on Usage Behavior.
