Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the contribution of body agility and flexibility to dribbling futsal skills in extracurricular students at SMK Taruna Satria Pekanbaru City. The type of this research is correlation. The population in this stu research dy were 12 extracurricular students at SMK Taruna Satria Kota Pekanbaru, the sampling technique used was total sampling so that the sample in this research was 12 people. The research instrument used was the right boomerang run test, sit and reach test and futsal ball dribbling test. The data analysis technique used is the multiple correlation value test and calculates the contribution value. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the following conclusions can be drawn: (1) There is a contribution of agility to futsal dribbling skills for extracurricular students at SMK Taruna Satria Kota Pekanbaru with rcount = 0.798 > rtable = 0.576 and KD value of 63.68%, ( 2) There is a contribution of body flexibility to futsal dribbling skills in extracurricular students at SMK Taruna Satria Kota Pekanbaru with a value of rcount = 0.671 > rtable = 0.576 and a KD value of 45.02%, (3) There is a contribution of body agility and flexibility to dribbling futsal skills in extracurricular students at SMK Taruna Satria Kota Pekanbaru with rcount = 0.799 > rtable =0.576 and KD value of 63.84%.
