Abstract

The purpose of study was to determine the Transparency and Accountability of Nagari Balimbing Kecamatan Rambatan Kabupaten Tanah Datar. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using primary data and secondary data as the type and source of data. Techniques in data collection, namely interviews and documentation. The result of research on Nagari financial management have fulfilled the principle of Transparency, and have followed the regulation of the Permendagri No. 20 of 2018. Nagari Balimbing did not make timely Accountability resports. Which should have been ratified in October of the current year, but the Nagari Balimbing was approved in Desember of the current year or January of the following period. Therefore, Nagari Balimbing has not fully implemented an Accountability system and is guided by Permendagri No.20 of 2018, so that good Nagari governance is needed in Nagari Balimbing, Kecamatan Rambatan Kabupaten Tanah Datar district in order to create a good Nagari.
