Abstract

Students’ discipline was a very important aspect for school development. An orderly school always create good learning. It needed hard work from every stakeholder to change it, especially teachers and principal that played important role to rule students’ discipline. The problem happened in this school questioned about some students that could not implement discipline value for themselves. It became obstacles in their education process. Research method in this research used descriptive qualitative. This research explained systematically, factual, and accurate about fact and certain population type. From many school rules, the offense that often done by students such as: coming late, uniform and attribute, cleanliness and orderliness, get in and get out from class in learning hours. The effort from teacher on students’ discipline such as: giving warning politeness to students about discipline offense, giving information about negative impact from doing the offense, finding the cause of students that doing the offense about discipline. The difference about this school to manage discipline by giving punishment to students by reciting short surah and sholawat.
