Abstract
This research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at the Pelalawan Regency Civil Service Police Unit Office. The population in this study was 68 employees. The sampling technique in this research is using the census method technique to take the entire population as a sample. In this case, the researcher took a sample of 68 employees of the Pelalawan Regency Civil Service Police Unit Office by distributing questionnaires to employees totaling 68 samples. The method used is descriptive analysis and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The research results showed that simultaneously work discipline and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance
