Abstract
The recurring issue in elementary education is that many students fail to understand and uphold their rights and responsibilities properly, such as respecting others' opinions, lacking tolerance, showing indifference towards others, and inadequately embracing and implementing multicultural values. Despite being in Grade V, students should ideally be accustomed to applying these values. This research aims to explore the use of multicultural values found in the IPAS Grade V Curriculum Merdeka textbook. The research methodology employs a qualitative approach with a literature review design. The data used in this study consist of sentences containing multicultural values, primarily sourced from the IPAS Grade V Curriculum Merdeka textbook. The instrument used is the Human Instrument. The findings indicate that multicultural values are present and total 40 instances. However, these values are not fully embedded in students due to challenges faced by educators in their implementation.
