Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of dual role conflict and work stress on the performance of female nurses. This research was conducted at the maternal and child hospital Eria Bunda Pekanbaru. The sample in this study amounted to 51 respondents using a census method, namely female nurses who are married. Data analysis used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear analysis. The data used are primary and secondary data with research in the form of questionnaires and documents from hospitals. Based on the results of research that has been carried out that simultaneous conflicting dual role variables and work stress have a significant effect on the dependent variable namely the performance of female nurses, partially it can be seen from the t test that shows that the dual role conflict variable has a significant affect on burse performance while the work stress variable has no significant effect on nurse performance.
