Abstract

This article discusses administrative services and administrative management at the Sail Sub-district Office in Pekanbaru City. Administrative services and administrative management at the Sail sub-district office in Pekanbaru City are important to ensure effectiveness and efficiency in carrying out government duties. The purpose of this study is to find out how administrative services and administrative management at the Sail Sub-district Office in Pekanbaru City and to know the obstacles faced in administrative services and administrative management at the Sail Sub-district Office in Pekanbaru City. The research method used is a descriptive method with data collection techniques through interviews and observations. The results showed that administrative services and administrative management at the Sail Subdistrict Office in Pekanbaru City were quite good, but there were still some obstacles that needed to be improved.
