Abstract
ABSTACT EFFECT OF COMMUNICATION ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT PT. WIRA KARYA PRAMITA (WKP) IN TAPUNG, KAMPAR REGENCY This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between communication on employee performance at PT. Wira Karya Pramita in Tapung, Kampar Regency. The population in this study were all employees at the office of PT. Wira Karya Pramita in Tapung, Kampar Regency, and the sample was determined purposively. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it shows that the communication variable has a positive effect on employee performance at PT. Pramita's Hero. The amount of communication contribution to employee performance can be said to be significant from the analysis that has been carried out at PT. Wira Karya Pramita in Tapung, Kampar Regency.
