Abstract

The Family Hope Program (PKH) is a social protection program that provides assistance to Very Poor Households (RTSM) based on established terms and conditions. Wonosari Village, Stimuli District of Meranti Islands Regency is one of the villages that get the help of the Family Hope Program (PKH) to overcome poverty while increasing human resources, especially in poor family groups, this program is devoted to three components, namely education, health, and social welfare. This research uses qualitative research methods. The indicators of this study are Effectiveness, Efficiency, Adequacy, Equalization, Responsiveness and Accuracy. This research was conducted at the Meranti Islands Regency Social Service. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observations and documentation. The technique of determining informants is determined intentionally on the basis of certain criteria or considerations involving certain people. This research aims to find out the results of the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Wonosari Village of Meranti Islands District Stimuli District by means of evaluation of the implementation of its mechanism in the field. The results of this study showed that the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Wonosari Village of Meranti Islands District Stimuli District has been going well. Likewise, the impact of the Family Hope Program (PKH) for poor families who provide considerable benefits for the lives of the poor.
