Abstract
Bullying behavior is an act of violence that is intentionally or unintentionally committed by a person or group, both verbally and physically. This study aims to determine bullying behavior that occurs at SDN 005 Kiyap Jaya and to determine the teacher's role in overcoming bullying behavior at SDN 005 Kiyap Jaya. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data were obtained from primary data sources, namely teachers, students as victims and perpetrators, and school principals, while secondary data sources were obtained from journals and books. Data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. After the data is collected, the data will be analyzed using Miles and Huberman, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of this study are bullying behavior that occurs, namely physical bullying, verbal bullying, and relational bullying. The role of the teacher in dealing with bullying behavior is five, namely the teacher as an adviser, the teacher as a guide, the teacher as an educator, the teacher as a demonstrator, and the teacher as a facilitator. However, the teacher as a facilitator has been going well, but in the section providing simple understanding it is classified as moderate because the teacher as a facilitator provides understanding or guidelines about bullying behavior that is not clearly emphasized, only verbally and not in writing.
