Abstract
The vegetables that have good opportunities and prospects to be developed in Indonesia is Renek long bean (Vigna unguiculata var. Sesquagpedalis). This study aims to determine the effect of the interaction of TKKS compost fertilizer on long bean and colchicine concentration, single effect of TKKS compost fertilizer and concentration of colchicine. This study was conducted experimentally using a completely randomized design (CRD) factorial with two factors and three replications. The first factor: TKKS compost consists of four levels ie T0 = Without treatment, T1 = TKKS 10 tones / ha, T2 = TKKS 15 tones / ha and T3 = TKKS 20 tones / ha. The second factor: the concentration of colchicine consists of four levels ie K0 = Without treatment, K1 = 0.5%, K2 = 1.0% and K3 = and 1.5%. Parameters measured were: plant height (cm), leaf area (cm2), days to flowering (day) and length the longest pods (cm). The results showed that the interaction of TKKS compost fertilizer and colchicine concentrations significantly affected on plant height parameter, which is the highest treatment T3K3 treatment that is 47.6 cm and the highest leaf area T1K0 treatment that is 113 cm2. While the main effect of the provision of compost TKKS significant effect on treatment T3plant height and the highest is 42.3 cm and T3 treatmentflowering age 32.8 days. The primary effect of colchicine significantly affected to K3 treatment the highest plant height of 42.7 cm and K3 treatment flowering dates 32.1 days.
