Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work ethic on the performance of employees of PT. Surya Bratasena Plantation (SBP) in Pelalawan Regency. PT. Surya Bratasena Plantation (SBP) is a company with the type of business of PMDN (Domestic Investment) and the pattern of People's Nucleus Plantation (PIR) Trans PBSN (National Private Large Plantation). The research sample is the entire population of employees of PT. Surya Bratasena Plantation as many as 32 employees using the Saturated Sampling technique, namely the technique of determining the sample when all members of the population are used as samples. The method for data processing uses a simple linear regression test. The examiner uses six aspects inherent in employees, namely gender, age, marital status, last education, length of service and employee income. The results of this study indicate that work ethic has a positive influence on employee performance at PT. Surya Bratasena Plantation (SBP) in Pelalawan.
