Abstract

Allocation of village funds is a central and regional financial balance fund received by districts/cities in which the distribution for each village is distributed proportionally, namely at least 10% (ten percent). ADD is regulated in Law Number 32 of 2004 which was later divided into the Law on Regional Government, the Law on Regional Head Elections and the Law on Villages. It is this law on villages which then until now regulates ADD, namely Law Number 6 of 2014. According to the Rokan Hilir Regent's Regulation, 70% of the Village Fund Allocation is used to finance public services and 30% for village government and BPD operations. The purpose of this study is to determine the evaluation of the management of Village Fund Allocation in Sekeladi HilIr Village, Tanah Putih Subdistrict, Rokan Hilir Regency in 2020. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, namely describing or explaining how to evaluate the management of Village Fund Allocation in Sekeladi Hilir Village, Tanah Putih Subdistrict, Rokan Hilir Regency. In 2020. The results of the research conducted indicate that the evaluation of the Village Fund Allocation Management in Sekeladi Hilir Village, Tanah Putih District, Rokan Hilir Regency in 2020 has not been effective. The use of Village Funds in Sekeladi Downstream prioritizes infrastructure development, not in accordance with Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number. 113 of 2014. The village community does actively participate in participating in the musrenbangdes or village development planning deliberations that are held, but they are still too focused on physical development.
