Abstract
This purpose of this research is to find out the optimization of machine maintetnace iplemennted by company problems that exist in the company and the items e and cost.Preventif and corrective maintetnace. To determine the alternative maintetnace activites that are most optimally applied to the company, the researers also used a preventive metohod. And corrective to find how maintenance of production machiens is mainted. The analysis toold use preventive maintetnace and corrective maintetnace .As well as to analyze how maintenance cost run efficiently. And the resulut of the resech show a comparison of the total preventive cost IDR 29.520.000 while the total corrective cost IDR. 31.516.000
