Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Human Resource Development on the Performance of Riau Islamic University Lecturers. The sample in this study was 82 lecturers using purposive sampling method. The analytical method used is Simple Linear Regression with SPSS version 21. Data analysis techniques in this study used validity and reliability tests, normality tests, simple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The results showed that Human Resource Development and Lecturer Performance at Riau Islamic University can be said to be good and Human Resource Development has a positive relationship and has an effect on Lecturer Performance.
