Abstract

VILLAGE ASSET MANAGEMENT STRATEGY BY THE GOVERNMENT OF LUBUK GARAM VILLAGE ASSETS SIAK KECIL SUB DISTRICT BENGKALIS DISTRICT ABSTRACT HAFIS ALHAMI The Problem of managing village assets often occurs in various regions, namely every village, especially in remote villages government lacks education about how to develop village assets or wealth owned by each village, one of which is in Garam Bengkalis Regency. The purpose of this study is to explain and analyze asset management. Villages by the Village Government in Lubuk Garam Year 2022 Bengkalis Regency. Keca in Siak Kecil based on the obstacle factors. This research method is qualitative in writer by conducting interviews with selected informants and the results are analyzed descriptively qualitative. Although the implementation of village asset management is still not maximized by the Lubuk Garam Village government. What needs to be improved is that it is hopet that the Lubuk Garam will further improve it to design ideas to improve village asset management strategies in the form of using stratrgies with planning, procurement, use, ultilization, security, maintenance, deletion, transfer, administration, reporting, assessment, guidance, suoervision and control of village assets. Obstacle factors in managing village assets by the village government include a lack of approach and openness with in making a strategy for managing village assets Lubuk Garam.
