Abstract
The purpose of this study was to find out how well the service provided by the technical implementing unit of the Pekanbaru City Vehicle Testing Service was carried out. By testing the service quality using 5 indicators, namely Tangible indicators, Reliability indicators, Responsiveness Indicators Assurance Indicators, and Empathy Indicators. The data collection technique that the author uses is a qualitative technique by collecting data sources through interviews, observation and documentation. Then compared with the theory that is relevant to the problem then a conclusion can be drawn. Based on the results of research obtained in the field, the quality of service provided by the officers is quite good in providing information to the public as well as clear and friendly to the community. And officers in serving the community also apply the existing work SOP. Cleanliness and tidiness are maintained by officers so that people feel comfortable when receiving services from officers.
