Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of financial compensation on work productivity of employees in the production division at PT. The masterpiece of Sawita Sosa, North Sumatra. The population in this research is all employees who work in this company. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling, in which the determination of the sample is based on the objectives and considerations of the researcher, namely the employees of the processing and sorting division. Data collection techniques in this study were questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive analysis and SPSS 26. The results showed that compensation had a significant positive effect on the work productivity of production employees at PT. The masterpiece of Sawita SOSA, North Sumatra.
