Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility is often considered the core of business ethics, meaning that the company not only has economic obligations and law (meaning to shareholders or stakeholders), but also obligations, especially internal corporate social responsibility in this case social responsibility towards its employees. Based on the background above the main problem in writing this thesis How is Corporate Social Responsibility Regulation in Indonesia and How is the Implementation of Social Responsibility for Employees of PT. Lika's son mighty. The research method in writing this thesis using the research method observation research or by means of surveys, namely research that takes sample from a population and use interviews as a tool main data collection, while from the nature of this research is descriptive, which located in PT. Lika Perkasa's son in the village of Langga Payung, Sungai right sub-district, Labuhan Batu Selatan district, Sumatra Province North. Research results from this thesis that PT. Putra Lika Perkasa runs CSR very well, as well as corporate responsibility to the environment as well as to its employees as evidenced by the provision of salaries and wages which are in accordance with government regulations (UMR) and added with allowances and bonuses to support the welfare of its employees, so through this CSR can increase the satisfaction of employee loyalty to company.
