Abstract

This study itself aims to describe the Management of the Wannabe Pro Pekanbaru Studio. In this study using the theory of George R. Terry in M. Jazuli. This study uses a descriptive research method where the results are in the form of qualitative data regarding the Management of Wannabe Pro Studio Pekanbaru, Riau Province, which consists of; 1) The planning process is in the form of making work programs such as weekly work programs, monthly work programs, annual work programs, and incidental work programs (unexpected work programs). 2) The system of organizing or implementing which is carried out by making an organizational structure with each field that has been determined by the leader. 3) The process of supervision which in this case is a form of implementation of activities that have been planned. 4) evaluation which is a process of re-checking the deficiencies contained in planning, organizing, and monitoring. The obstacle faced in this research is the lack of organization in the division of work tasks to each member. So that then part of each member of the studio there are like overwhelmed in carrying out their duties.
