Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of accounting information systems and organizational culture on individual performance at Hospitals in Pekanbaru. Respondents in this study were employees who used an accounting information system that contained 30 employees from 10 hospitals in Pekanbaru. The data of this study used quantitative methods, namely through questionnaires. Which has been tested using validity and reliability tests which were analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques and statistical hypothesis testing. The results showed that the accounting information system and organizational culture partially had a significant effect on individual performance. Simultaneously, accounting information systems and organizational culture also have a significant influence on individual performance.
