Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of human relations on employee performance at PT. Tirta Sari Surya Rengat Indragiri Hulu.). The population used in this study were employees of PT. Tirta Sari Surya Rengat Indragiri Hulu with a total of 48 employees, while the sample taken is the entire population, namely permanent employees, including leaders and directors as many as 48 people using the census technique. The research method used is descriptive and quantitative methods. For the data analysis method, the simple linear regression analysis method uses the SPSS 21.0 program. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence on the influence of human relations on employee performance at PT. Tirta Sari Surya Rengat Indragiri Hulu.
