Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of product quality and service quality on consumer satisfaction at the Sikumbang Asa Group Air Depot, Pengasawan Village, Kampar District, Kampar Regency. The population in this study are consumers who buy Sikumbang Drinking Water Depot. The sampling technique in this study used Accidental Sampling, which means that the determination of the sample is based on chance, that is, anyone who coincidentally meets with 66 researchers. Data collection techniques in this study used interview questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive analysis and SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that product quality and service quality partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Sikumbang Asa Group Air Depot, Pengasawan Village, Kampar District, Kampar Regency.
