Abstract
This research was conducted at PT. Tunggal Yunus Estate (Topaz) in February 2022. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of job training on employee performance at PT. Tunggal Yunus Estate (Topaz). In this study, the population was employees of the garden office and division office, which amounted to 45 employees and were used as respondents. This study uses descriptive and quantitative analysis methods using data analysis using the SPSS version 22 program. The results show that the job training variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the garden office and divisional offices at PT. Tunggal Yunus Estate (Topaz). So it means the increasing job training at PT. Tunggal Yunus Estate (Topaz), the performance of employees in the company will also increase.
