Abstract

This research was conducted to obtain information about the effect of job satisfaction on employee organizational commitment at PT. Subur Arum Makmur. This research was conducted by field research and used a descriptive qualitative approach, namely using a questionnaire that had been provided for the 49 available samples. The variable level of job satisfaction of employees at the company PT. Subur Arum Makmur is high or can be categorized that employees are satisfied with the work assignments and the rewards obtained for the work. The level of employee organizational commitment to the company PT. Subur Arum Makmur is high, meaning that employees who work at PT. Subur Arum Makmur is highly committed to staying afloat and continuing to contribute to the company. The results of the study can be described that the job satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on the organizational commitment variable. So it can be concluded that the higher the level of employee job satisfaction, the higher the level of organizational commitment of employees who work at the company PT. Subur Arum Makmur.
