Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work environment and work stress on employee performance at PT. PLN Teluk Kuantan. The population in this study are all employees who work at this company totaling 49 people. The sampling technique used in this study was Saturated Sampling, namely the entire population as the research sample. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive analysis and Smartpls 3.0 CFA (Confirmatory Factor Analysis). The results of this study indicate that the value of the t statistic is greater than the t value, meaning that the work environment and work stress partially and simultaneously have a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT. PLN Teluk Kuantan.
