Abstract
Usability is the process of optimizing the interaction between the user and the system, which can be done interactively, so that the user gets the correct information or better performs a function in the application. For comparison of e-commerce usability, an online questionnaire was used with 150 respondents in order to obtain data. The questionnaire was distributed using the Likert scale method, namely respondents were asked to complete a questionnaire that required them to indicate their level of agreement with a series of statements. In this study, the researcher analyzed and graphed the results obtained from the questionnaire data and tested whether the data was valid or not using the Python programming language, as well as recapitulating the data using Microsoft Excel. Then there are problems in this research, namely what applications provide more convenience to users, what applications are more efficient, and what applications provide better satisfaction to their users. This study aims to measure the level of usability on the Tokopedia, Bukalapak and Shopee e-commerce platforms. From these three problems the researcher did the calculations, and got the result that the application that is superior to all attributes is Shopee which reaches > 80%.
