Abstract

The purpose of this research was to see the physical condition of the male futsal players of Accasia Kota Pekanbaru. Based on the results of observations of accasia male futsal players in the Kota Pekanbaru, it was found that in physical conditions, on the field during practice there were many players who experienced fatigue during training, lack of leg muscle strength against shooting the ball towards the opponent's goal, lack of speed in dribbling skills, still lack of agility in passing and receiving the ball, and the level of physical condition of Accasia male futsal players in Kota Pekanbaru is not known. so it is necessary to do this research. The test used in this research using a physical condition test. Based on the results of research and data analysis that has been put forward, the level of physical condition of the Putera Accasia Futsal Players in Kota Pekanbaru lies in the "less" category or with an average value of 2.6 located in the interval 2.0-3.9".
