Abstract

This study was conducted to determine and analyze the performance of employees at the Office of Population and Civil Registration, Fifty Cities Regency, West Sumatra Province. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the performance of employees at the Office of Population and Civil Registration in the Fifty Cities Regency, West Sumatra Province. This research was carried out with a descriptive method using primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews, research questionnaires and documentation. The respondents who were taken were 54 people, namely employees at the Office of Population and Civil Registration, Fifty Cities Regency, West Sumatra Province. The sampling technique used is the census method. From the results of the descriptive analysis, it can be concluded that the performance of employees at the Office of Population and Civil Registration of the Fifty Cities Regency of West Sumatra Province is in the very good category. The results of respondents' responses stating that employees have maintained their performance in showing good behavior in carrying out their duties with their obligations in accordance with the main duties of employees can be proven by having good relationships with superiors, co-workers and subordinates as well as cooperating with fellow co-workers.
