Abstract
Faculty Of Economics and Business Riau Islamic University This study aims to determine the effect of fingerprint absence and discipline on employee performance at PT. Zaman Teknindo and to find out which variables have an influence on employee performance at PT. Zaman Teknindo. The population in this study were employees of PT. Zaman Teknindo. The sample of this study amounted to 30 respondents who were taken using total sampling technique and data collection using a scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression test, T test, F test. The results show that simultaneously absent fingerprint variables (X1) and discipline (X2) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) PT. Zaman Teknindo.
