Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of the emotional intelligence and spritual intelligence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) employees in PT. Henson Alfa Gros Pekanbaru. For the dependent variable in this study is Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y). As for the independent variables are emotional intelligence (X 1 ) and spritual intelligence (X 2 ). The population used in this research is employees of the PT. Henson Alfa Gros Pekanbaru in the year 2018 with the number of employees of 72 people, while the sampling technique using jenuh sampling with the obtained sample of 72 respondents. The research method used is descriptive and quantitative research methods. For methods of data analysis using the method of multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 20.0. The results showed that the variables of the emotional intelligence and spritual intelligence positive influence and significant impact on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) employees in PT. Henson Alfa Gros Pekanbaru.
