Abstract
The purpose of this study was to see the effect of service quality on consumer satisfaction in the pekanbaru TOP 100 cellular store. The population in this study were all consumers of the cellular September 2017 TOP 100 store – June 2018, totaling 4.254 consumers. While the samples in this study were 98 respondents. Based on the results of the study, it is known that simultaneously, service quality variables consisting of empathy, responsiveness, reliability and assurance have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. While partially the variables of empathy and reliability have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction while physical evidence, responsiveness and assurance have no significant effect on costomer satisfaction.
