Abstract
This research was conducted to determine the effect of price and product quality on consumer satisfaction at Yanka Bakery & Cake Pekanbaru. This study uses quantitative descriptive with a sample of 100 people, the results of this study indicate that : (1) There is significant and positive influence on price and product quality on consumer satisfaction at Yanka Bakery & Cake Pekanbaru, (2) Based on the recapitulation results per dimensions on the Price variable, it is known that the Price Affordability dimension has the highest score, while the Price Competitiveness dimensions has the lowest score, (3) Based on the recapitulation results per dimensions on the Product Quality variable, it is known that the Additional Features dimensions has the highest score and the Aesthethic dimensions has the lowest score, (4) Based on the recapitulation results per diemsnions on the Consumer Satisfaction variable, it is known that the Willingness to Recommend dimensions has the highest score and the Revisit Interest dimensions has the lowest score.
