Abstract

Modern stores are places where transactions occur between sellers and buyers. The modern shop is a little different from the traditional markets that have run before. In this modern shop, buyers can pick up the desired items themselves without having to wait for the seller to pick them up. However, there are also those who provide sales service from the modern shop itself. Indomaret is a franchise retail network in Indonesia. Indomaret is a subsidiary of the Salim Group. Indomaret is a minimarket network that provides basic needs and daily needs with a sales area of less than 200 m2. As for in this study, there are main problems that will be discussed, namely, the Implementation and Supervision of the Granting of Indomaret Permits in Bangkinang City and the second is the Impact of Granting Indomaret Development Permits in Bangkinang City. And the purpose of this study is the same as the formulation of the main problem, namely to find out the results of the formulation of the problem made by the researcher. This legal research belongs to the type of survey research (Observational Research). This type of research method is intended to solve problems that exist at the present time by collecting data and compiling or clarifying it, then analyzing and seeing a legal reality in society to then obtain a result. The results of the research that the authors obtained are: supervisory actions, namely although the construction of minimarkets in Bangkinang Kota Regency has been limited but still needs to be paid more attention to the existence of minimarket buildings adjacent to small kiosk traders can have negative implications, and result in small and medium businesses experiencing a decrease in income due to the decline in buyers, and the permit issuance procedure is carried out by the One Stop Integrated Licensing and Investment Office of Bangkinang City, namely the verification officer checking the completeness of the file. The impact caused by the establishment of Indomaret are several factors that explain that there are many shops or small stalls that are affected by the existence of Indomaret. First, the prices offered by Indomaret provide many discounted prices which make the prices of these goods relatively cheaper.
