Abstract
This study aimed to determine the antibacterial activity of soursop leaf extract to inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria A. hydrophila, E. tarda and E. ictaluri and to determine the best concentration of soursop leaf extract to inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria A. hydrophila, E. tarda and E. ictaluri. . The materials used in this study were soursop leaf extract, bacteria A. hydrophila, E. tarda and E. ictaluri, methanol, Ethyl, NB, NA, paper discs and distilled water. The method used is an experimental method using a completely randomized design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 2 replications, namely P1 extract concentration of 10%, P2 extract concentration of 20%, P3 extract concentration of 30%, P4 extract concentration of 40%, P5 extract concentration of 50%. The results of this study were soursop leaves (Annona muricata L) positive for alkaloids, phenolic compounds, terpenoids/steroids and flavonoids. The inhibitory power of soursop leaf extract on the growth of A. hydrophila bacteria was 10% in the medium category and 20% to 50% in the strong category. Inhibition against the growth of bacteria E. tarda and E. ictaluri at a concentration of 10% to 20% in the medium category and a concentration of 30% to 50% in the strong category.
