Abstract

This research is backed up with the aim of research to determine the strategy of the Investment Service an One Stop Service in Increasing Investment in Indragiri Hilir Regency and the inhibiting factor in investment in Indragiri hilir Regency. Where in this study there are phenomena are: 1.Invesment realization of Coconut in Indragiri Hilir Regency continues to decrease every years, 2. World Cococnut price inflation affects the interest of prospective foreign investors and potential domestic investors because the selling price of Coconut is very cheap. 3. Indragiri Hilir Regency is an area in Riau which has the largest area of Hybrid Coconut Plantations. The theory in this study is the Mulgan Development Strategy that is 1.Destination. 2.Environment. 3.Briefing. 4.Action. 5.Study. This type of research which is located in the Investment Service and One stop Integrated Service, Indragiri Hilir Regency, is a descriptive type of research with qualitative method because this research explores and analyzes the Strategy of the Investment Service and One Stop Integrated Service in Increasing Investment in Indragiri Hilir Regency. The techniques used to collect data in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation by including the results of data analysis and techniques that differed from the source and the conclusion. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that not all indicators have been implemented properly and their implementation is still not effective.
